The bacon itself is decent middle-of-the-road stuff, cooked a little unevenly with some under-crisped patches. The seeded bap is the real issue: the seeds catch and scatter with every bite, and the denser crumb doesn’t do the bacon any favours. A floury or white bap would have scored this higher.
