Steamer Coffee Co is a coffee-first counter in Marchmont with no food beyond a couple of pastries in a cabinet — no bacon rolls, so this is a coffee-only review.
The flat white was excellent: a well-balanced single-origin bean, textured milk with a glossy finish, served at a genuinely correct drinking temperature. Easily the highest coffee score recorded here so far.
